ACIM Navigator – Research Notes & Essays
Commentary on A Course in Miracles
Over the past week I have posted several related pieces rather than sending them out one at a time. They circle around two recurring points of confusion in A Course in Miracles: the nature of time, and the question of action in the world.
The Course makes a number of cryptic statements about the circular nature of time. These are often read as an endorsement of reincarnation, while others associate them with ideas such as Nietzsche’s “eternal return.” I have written about both, and about what the Course itself is actually addressing.

Note: Eternal Return & A Course in Miracles
Disagreement about activism versus passivity continues in Course discussions, often framed around the phrase “I need do nothing.” In my view, the Course rejects both ego-driven activism and quietism.
